Our products are for professional use only. This means that only people with waxing qualifications should be using The Brazilian Hot Wax co. products. We do not except liability for the use of any product by unqualified people. When you place an order on our website you confirm that you are a qualified beauty professional and not buying products for personal use
All orders placed and handled by us are subject, without exception, to the following terms and conditions, which will exist over any clause appearing in any document issued by our customers and contractees. Therefore, no conditions, unless explicitly accepted in writing by us, change the terms and conditions.
Prices are quoted excluding VAT and, unless specific conditions apply, ex warehouse. Prices are subject to change without notice by the seller. However, the seller will take care to inform the purchaser of the price changes by changing the website pricelist or any other document.
Shipping and delivery
We deliver within the United Kingdom only, excluding Northern Ireland. Shipping costs are £10 for orders under £40 ex VAT. For any orders over £40 ex VAT (catalogue price) and delivered in one order, shipping will be ‘free’ for shipments within the UK (excluding Northern Ireland). Delivery times given are estimates only.
Reception and claims
When the products arrive at their destination, the buyer is then responsible for ensuring that the delivery is in correct and fit for purpose. Any claim for missing packages, or damaged or wet goods, on the carrier’s delivery receipt, but in no case must the notation “subject to unpacking” be made. No claim against us will be considered if this point has not been observed.

We are always seeking to improve the quality of our products and we reserve the right to change the specifications of our products at any time and without prior notification. Text and photographs illustrating products are for information only and are not contractually binding.
Returns, cancellations and refunds
Products must be returned within 2 weeks of receipt and if unopened, unused and in re-saleable condition with all packaging intact. If you wish to return or replace a product, please contact Customer Services on firstname.lastname@example.org and quote your order number. Returns are at the customer’s cost, packed securely with the customer’s order number, name and address clearly detailed. All refunds will be paid via the same method as the initial purchase.
Exclusions: Due to hygiene regulations, the seller can accept returns of unopened items. Please note once the product packaging is opened it can no longer be returned. Cancellation after despatch cannot be accepted, in any circumstances. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
